Cancellations & Refunds Policy

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team.
    Once the order is dispatched or out for shipment, cancellation is not possible.
  • After Dispatch:
    If the order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it by refusing delivery when it arrives at your doorstep.
  • Combo Packs:
    Orders containing combo products cannot be partially cancelled. Cancellation of any item in the combo will cancel the entire combo.
  • Refund Processing:

Refunds will be initiated within 2–4 business days after the returned product passes our quality check at the warehouse.

Refund Timelines Based on Payment Method

  • UPI Payments (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.):
    Refund will reflect in your UPI account within 24 hours after initiation.
  • Debit Card Payments:
    Refund will reflect in your debit card account within 48 hours after initiation.
  • Net Banking Payments:
    Refund will reflect in your bank account within 48 hours after initiation.
  • Credit Card Payments:
    Refund to credit card accounts may take up to 7 days, depending on the bank’s processing time.

Additional Note : Actual reflection time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider’s internal processes.

  • Returned Shipments (RTO):
    If the shipment is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery or customer refusal, cancellation will be processed once we receive the product and complete a quality check. Refunds will be issued to the original payment mode within 24–48 hours thereafter.

Note: If your order has already been handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation is not guaranteed. They may still attempt delivery. Please refuse delivery in such cases.

Returns for Damaged / Defective Deliveries

You must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery in any of the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Missing product
  • Empty box received
  • Wrong/incorrect product delivered
  • Used product delivered
  • Product expiry concern
  • Authenticity or quality issues
  • Package delivered empty

Unboxing Video Required:

For any return or exchange claim, the customer must provide a single, continuous unboxing video that clearly shows:

  1. The outer box from all angles, with full visibility of the Meconus Healthcare seal/tape.
  2. The video must capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
  3. The customer must open the package on camera, remove the bubble wrapping, and clearly show the product inside from all angles.
  4. The product’s condition, quantity, label, barcode, and batch number must be clearly visible in the same video.

Note: A return or exchange request cannot be approved without a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video that meets all the above requirements.

Refund Conditions:

Refunds are initiated only if the returned items are in original condition, with intact packaging, seals, labels, and barcodes.

General Returns (Other Reasons)

For all other return requests, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.

  • A deduction of INR 300 will apply for returns of correct and undamaged products.
  • For replacement, a re-shipping fee of INR 150 will apply.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.
  • Products expiring within 4–6 months from order date cannot be returned unless wrong or damaged.

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • No tampering or damage to the outer carton, seal, or barcode.
  • Combo packs must be returned as a whole; individual items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns if:

  • Product is used or intentionally tampered
  • Physical damage not reported at the time of delivery
  • Missing original packaging, manuals, freebies, or accessories
  • Serial number/barcode is missing or tampered
  • Return request is raised after the allowed time window
  • Product shows signs of misuse or overuse

  2. Provide your Order ID along with images/videos of the product, packaging, and batch number.
  3. For defect-related returns, an unboxing video showing Meconus Healthcare’s seal/tape is mandatory.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup within 3–4 business days.
  5. Refunds/replacements will be processed only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality verification.
  6. For COD orders, bank details will be required. Refund may take up to 7 days to reflect as per bank processing time.
  7. Damaged products may be sent to the vendor/manufacturer for investigation.

  • Amount is credited to the original payment mode within 5–7 business days from initiation.
  • Additional delays may occur due to bank or payment gateway policies.
  • Exchanges are delivered within 5–7 days after processing.
  • An INR 150 charge applies for exchange shipping/pickup.
  • INR 300 will be deducted for returns of correct, undamaged products.
  • Lost or damaged return shipments are non-refundable.
  • All exchanges are processed via COD mode only.
  • Meconus Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update these policies without prior notice.
